Hi everyone!
As many of you know, I took a fall a couple weeks ago, and have been in rehab, healing my two broken ribs. I wanted to provide two helpful videos to you all that may help with preventing falls.
If you are new to balancing exercise, PLEASE hold onto something sturdy in case you lose your balance! I hold onto a built-in bookcase!
